Fiddlers Green

I just thought that I would say that I probably won't be building many models anytime soon and posting on the forums may be limited too (hence the "unwanted" part). Yesterday morning my wife gave birth to our first child Evan James (the "very welcomed" part). Everyone is doing well right now. I did see the B-10 and my gut ached because it would be a while before I can even touch it. I'm still working on finishing the B-52. The wing mounting is proving quite tricky Anyway, I just thought I would let everyone know that I am not disappearing from the face of the earth. I'm entering fatherhood (somewhat scary).

Thanks oldman. I guess I should maybe redo the subject of the post. I deffinately WANTED to have my son! There's no doubt about that. That "unwanted" part came from my inner modeler as I was just getting into the swing of things again after we moved to our house. So pay no regard to the "unwanted" in the subject. We love him so much I can't even begin to comprehend.

congrats to the Mom and Dad..... ...oh the joy of fatherhood...i remember it well.......

In that case you have them. Good luck in the quest for daddydom. I'm not sure if that makes sense but oh well. I wish you the best. I just can't get over the little guy and how cute he is. He even sleeps well. The other night he went 5 hours! I was stunned. But, off to feed him now. The hungry tummy awaits
