Ryans posting of his pictures got me thinking that we could use a seperat spot on the site, just for posting pictures. I was thinking it could be a good spot to place your vacation pictures, meuseum pictures, or whatever.

Right now I sometimes put these under my builds forum, and sometimes under the Anything forum, and sometimes just wherever it seems to fit at the time...but after a couple months you begin to forget (at least I do) exactly where those pictures are.

So how a bout a spot, rather like the POTW, but for photos? It would be mostly (but not exclusively) for personal pictures you would like to share of Real aircraft, or just generally kool stuff you've seen.

excellent idea! could one post vintage BW photos that ya find on the web? (as long as they aren't copyrighted!) it would be use full to have 'em in the same spot, rather then scattered over a dozen different websites.

*I* would suggest that the photos be those taken by the poster, etc., rather than images brought in from other sites.

For interesting photos from other sites, better to post the link ...

I find that "original" photos are more "real" and give me that "I am there" fieeling.
