I know a guy who can help. Problem is, I don't have a good means of contacting Chip.

My friend says there is an error in the php script- it is either referring to an incorrect file, or a file that doesn't exist.

Why some users can download and others cannot will require further investigation, but Chip will need to approve of course.

My friend adds that the problem is most certainly on the server end of things, NOT on the user's end.

PM me with the contact info and I'll attempt to satisfy whatever security criteria Chip requires on behalf of my friend.

He is currently a Mass Comm professor who specializes in all things web, especially websites for small businesses. He is very knowledgeable about PHP scripting and various manners of coding, and he has held my hand on numerous occasions while getting a website started for my operation at work.

I can of course provide examples of his work, but Chip needs to talk to him.

(I'll even wave my finder's fee! ) :D

Chip advises he has a programmer coming tomorrow to fix some things.

Failing that, if he needs the nuclear option, I'll call my friend.
