I noticed that the old FG slogan is missing after the new site layout, and now I can't remember exactly what it was:

1. Pretty good for what they are!
2. Pretty darn good for what they are!
3. Pretty darned good for what they are!

Does the administrator or any member recollect the exact slogan?

I'd forgotten all about that! I always thought it a little self deprecating for my own liking.

I believe it was "Pretty good for what they are." I think it was referring to the fact that most of the early models could be competed in one evening while watching TV.

My thanks to all who responded! I had seen that slogan many times prior to the site redesign, and it was driving me crazy that I couldn't remember the precise wording, or whether there was an exclamation point. I don't know about your previous post Possm, but whatever it was, I wish I had seen it before it was deleted.
