Why can't I get a reply from either Chip or Nick re a problem I have been having since last Fri, 4/14?

I sent atleast 6 ro 7 emails and Chip replied once say to be patient and wait a week. Well today is a week later and still no resolution to the problem.

According to the home page - All problems with My Fiddlersgreen have be fixed and all plane can be downloaded - NOT.

Chip's internet access is intermittent at best right now. He's been trying to get it fixed, and hopefully it'll be better soon. Once he get's to the FG "official winter quarters", everything should be put right.

I hate to rehash old problems, but what problems are you having, exactly? What error messages are you getting/ not getting? I've tried downloading all of my models and have not had any problems. Is it a specific model your unable to get? Chip's a cool guy, I'm sure he'll work a deal with you.

The problem that I'm having is that 3 Early Flyers that I ordered on 4/14 still were not in My Fiddlersgreen.net/My Models folder as of 4/21 and several emails have gone unanswered.

Kiteman,

If you ordered the planes from the webpage, you should have
gotten an email or two with the direct links to the files. As long
as you have these, I would think the others will follow when all
things get sorted out.

Problem is,I didn't get any emails with the links.

I don't want to re-order them and get charged twice for the same things.

This may be completely off the track, but your internet server or your email program itself may be blocking mail from fiddlersgreen.net, mistaking it for spam. I saw something about a problem like this somewhere a week or so ago.

Thanks for all the input. I heard from Nick last night. Everything looks like it's back to normal.
