Hallelujah, it is done! It has taken me a long time to complete it (one (1) year and three (3) days to be exact), but it is compete, or as much as I am going to do.

I made many mistakes, reprinted sections, cut, paste overlap areas to hide mistakes and did my best to build something that I could be happy with, and I am.

It will be a long time before I take on another big FG model. I will build the smaller ones for the time being.

Nice job, I remember those great big rudders sticking up on Okinawa when they flew them in for Guam (I think) because of typhoons. The Japanese always picketed because they were anti nuke and the 52 could carry them.

Thank you Burning Beard.

I also had the fortune to witness the B52's firsthand because my dad was in the air force for 25 years and we were stationed at Wurtsmith A.F.B. in Michigan and Barksdale A.F.B. in Louisiana in the early 70's.

He worked on the B52's. As far as bombers, the B52 is the cat's meow. LOL!!!
