We figured it out to about 1:40 scale. I can't guarantee anything after John Dell gets done with it though. He's doing the paint job.

Does the Giant have any interior details? That is something that would be nice if you are going to display it with the clamshell doors open (and who doesnt want to do that?) :)

Howzit

The gigant has loading ramps for an open nose pose but no interior bay details, the only details are a cockpit for the clear windows method. I reckon the interior wouldn't be too hard to design as the gigant fuselage is fairly boxy.

I had it to about 32 pages before John Dell started working on it.

I'm thinking about buying stock in a paper company  :P

Does anybody know the exact scale factor of ME-321 FG model? I nearly completed the rough designing of Pz.Kpfw II Ausf.C for him. I should have pics in a day or so.

When I sent it to Chip, it was at 1:40 with a 5 or 6 foot wingspan

Chip did mention something about it being the largest model ever released by FG. At least until we can find something bigger.

Hi all, I sent Chip the colored pages last week. I'm also hoping to get one built. I no longer have access to the fancy laser printer at work so I'll probably have to take it to Kinkos. I think Chip is building one too to see if everything lines up. I did not re-draw murphyaa's line art. I drew the paint schemes in Adobe Illustrator and then copied them to the black and white art in Photoshop where I added the shading and weathering. Actually I did re-draw the engine faces and landing gear.

I'm looking forward to seing how the Panzer II turns out.

And, I'm really looking forward to the B-10!

Everything lined up when I sent it to Chip.

Hey John, you got an open spot on your schedule? The corrugation on the top and bottom of the B-10 is driving me looney. I'm thinking of leaving it off and let yo do it. Except for that, and the canopies, it's about done. How are you with canopies? :D

I'm rejoining the world of the almost gainfully employed this weekend, so I don't have 24 hours a day to play with paper models anymore.

For those who want to know, I'll be a bouncer at a karaoke bar. Donations of earplugs cheerfully accepted.

Send me what you have on the B-10, I'd be happy to work on it. I've always likes the "between the wars" bombers. Want me to do a couple of paint schemes for it? Have you considered doing the B-18 or B-23? Or, if you are looking for a model that would surpass the Gigant in size, I suggest the B-19.

I'd like to do a final build of the Gigant to make sure my paint scheme lines up right. No matter how much I measure everything, something always needs to be tweaked.

I'm still working on finding full time work. The freelance and temp work is alright but I need something with more security. I'm actually getting to do some illustration at the temp job I have now.

Good luck with your bouncing.
