Baptism by fire right? Chris is more than capable. I believe!!! No pressure on the B-36. I just want to see one some time (before I try it)

Consider me well and truly frightened! lol

Only kidding! Thanks for the vote of confidence though, willygoat :). I would like to attempt something like the B-36 eventually, the problem is I've got no room to display anything quite that BIG! I think my limit would probably be about 24 inch wingspan.

Been looking at the Ju-88 Mistel in the Bombers section, and just noticed that it also comes with the standard glazed cockpit too :). Hmmm, this could be interesting...

I just printed the Ju-88 myself. It looks pretty sweet, and from what I've read, it goes together nicely. The optional interior has me excited and frieghtened at the same time. I've never had much luck with clear windows. The nose glazing of the Ju-88 just looks like torture for the inexperienced window soul like me.

Me, too, on the glazed windows. I've started using Aleene's Paper Glaze on my windows. Gives them a glass shine. "Course y' can't see through them.

Hey willygoat how weird is that, that we'll be building the same model at the same time?! The Ju-88 looks relatively 'easy' to assemble, but builds into a very impressive model.

I printed mine not long after I posted about it, and so far have the three main sections of the fuselage assembled. At this point in time I'm still deciding whether to build it as a Mistel or a standard bomber, although I'm leaning towards the bomber at the moment.

It sounds like you're gonna go for the this version too, but are you really gonna substitute the printed 'glazed' nose for a proper see through one?! And if so, how on earth would you go about this?!

P.S. I've just noticed that I've been promoted to 'FG Cutter!' lol
