 Post subject: A40 Flying Tank

The A40 Flying Tank. :shock: The Russians actually built this and it actually flew once as a glider. Evidently the engines on the tow plane were overheating and they had to cut the glider loose. It landed in a rough field and as the story goes they dropped the wings and drove the tank back to the field. :mrgreen: Read much more about it a Fiddlers Green. :wink: A fun build 8) I build it so I could detach the wings and there is instructions included.

That turned out great Bob! I personally would not want to be in that, or in the intended landing area. Yikes! :shock:
