Fiddlers Green

I am new to this forum, and paper modeling in general. I have only been building for about 6 months. I have built the twin mustang and the C-47, not happy with the outcome of the twin mustang, as it was my first and had a major learning curve. On to my problem. I am currently trying to put the B-24 together. The fuselage went together fine, I am having trouble getting the tail turret to look like it should. Does anyone have any suggestions.

First if all WELCOME!!!! We are a slightly crazy but nice group of folks and very supportive.

On the tail turret, from my experiences with it, one big thing is to take your time, and DRY FIT the parts like crazy. The side pieces have to fit just so over the base. The side walls of the outer rounded pieces shouldn't be glued to the "glass". THey have to go outside the lower ring and top curved part.

The fuselage is bad, but the turret is good. Hope this helps.
