Congratulations on a good looking build. Nice display base too - paper also I assume?

Yes the base is paper also, something a designed myself. It just didn't look good siting on my work table all by itself.

Alright...another base man! I'm of the same opinion as you. To paraphrase an old sexist quote having to do with cigars and women: "a model on a shelf is just a model, but a model on a base is a display" The fact that you took the time to make it out of paper is an added plus in my book. Nice job!

Yes stands seem to give the planes a little something extra.
If anyone would Like to use this I have posted The wood texture and A black and white to my web site at:

Thanks! I would love to use it, albeit for smaller aircraft, but my system
cannot read xhtml. Could you post it in .pdf or .jpg?

Thanks

Ray

Thanks jzman! I've saved both versions to my "stands" folder along with those from Fiddler's Green and the Prudenzia site. Would you happen to know the dimensions of the display portion of your stand? I may perch my "Grasshopper" on one of your stands when she's all done.
