Can you use another computer elsewhere and download successfully?

Ie, at work/public library/coffee bar, etc?

If you can access at work, than that would imply the problem is at the house.

When did the problem arise? When you changed the local router?

Same with me. Cleaned them all out. But I just keep getting the same message:

Fatal error: Call to a member function isModel() on a non-object in /usr/home/services/content/websites/www.fiddlersgreen.net/lib/model/User.php on line 204

Hmmmm. I'm no programmer but it looks like there may be a bug in the php script Chip is using.

What browser and version are you both using?

I've had issues on some sites because either my Java or Flash wasn't updated to the latest greatest version.

I'll email that error message to a friend (a "web Jedi") and see if he can make heads or tails of it...

Then have him email the solution to chip.

Ok, I haven't been able to comment on this before because my magic keys and model folder subscriptions were up, but I've just paid for a years worth of both and I'm now in the same boat as possm and Tim i.e. I can't get to any of my models :(. I use Opera and my OS is Windows Vista. I've also tried using a newly installed Internet Explorer 8 with the same result.
