One of my favorite '40s postwar aircraft was the Republic RC-3 Seabee. It was a "pretty" little amphibian and was a far cry from Republic's most well known plane of the '40s, the P-47 Thunderbolt.

Looks like it might be a bugger to design and build, though.

It looks to me that the Grumman 21 Goose is done, how much it takes to get it up and available I would guess not very long, but I don't know exactly what that requires, I'd guess about this week or next

I'm getting ready to put the top wing on the Hansa=Brandenberg CC, this has been a really interesting seaplane build to this point. It was pretty easy to approximate an interior, and I colored the pinkish tail feathers red. I made the cylinders on top of the engine individual and round and put a cap on the radiator.
Was there a WWI Italian seaplane like the CC? I just bought the S-39, and am looking forward to the release of the Goose. Thanks

Know I'm posting to an old thread here, but just had to add my voice. This is a great little plane that I would love to see as a card model. This plane also has a great following, and a model could introduce many new modelers to FG.
