On jan 20 2011 i paid another 19.95 for another three months of keys, my magic keys were paid up till this coming sept. 2011. logged in this morning, no magic keys!!!!!!!!!! no new whippet tank, no dvinci airscrew. I sent chip an email. I want this problem fixed, I am one very unhappy customer right now. :x

Alot of folks had the same problem, no reason to be real upset. Chip and co. are already working
the issue. As a matter of fact, I just checked mine, and it seems to be nearly intact. Give'em
a little time, all will be well.

Ray's right. There was a blurb on the main page about some magic keys going poof. Chip and gang are working on it. If it's still not there after a few days, go ahead and email Chip. But, give them a few days to try and sort it out first.

sorry about blowing up. my keys are back, except no whippet tank. Hopefully they can get the glitch fixed. I was really looking forward to the new tank, and the story book houses as well as the john dell b-24 the dragon and his tail. Again Im sorry for getting upset, at the time I thought it was just my magic keys that suddenly ended. I have been working some long hours and a couple of swing shifts, chips models help me to kick back and relax :D take care every body. Eric Westfere

all is well in the world!!! keys are back(a big thank you chip!!!) and I just downloaded the whippet!!!! I love these tank models. Any chance of a sherman or a tiger???? Have a great day everyone :D :D :D :D :D

ACTUALLY ALL OF MY WW I MODELS HAVE DISAPPEARED.WITH A FEW EXCEPTIONS. LOOKS LIKE I HAVE THE MAGIC KEYS BUT EVERYTHING ELSE IS GONE. I AM SURE THEY WILL REAPPEAR.....HOPEFULLY.
