These were reduced from the small sizes to 25%.

At those sizes, do you work with small tweezers, etc to do the shapes?

I'm amazed!

I couldn't find any tweezers when I built these, so I had to do without. Surprisingly, the lighthouses were rather easy to build. The only tough spot was attaching the corbels to the East Chop lighthouse (the one with no attached buildings); the corbels were only a few millimeters long, so I had to work extra carefully. The invaluable tool turned out to be a small piece of wooden board. The piece is part of a larger board that one of my nephews broke at Tae Kwon Do practice. It has sharp edges that make it easy to fold paper, most times without needing to score the paper.

Very nice!

I love the FG buildings, I'd love to see more people try them. Perhaps not that small :-)

I agree, Ken. More modelers should give them a try. They're relatively easy to build, and they look great (better than in my pics).

I've built alot and put them on bases for my son to use with his Thomas Trains. They look great for the effort needed to put them together, and now he has a couple of factories, houses, a church, etc. to add to the mix.

I'll post a picture when I borrow the camera next time.

Your son is lucky Ken. I look forward to seeing a pic of your builds. One of my nephews really liked the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse; although, for some unknown reason, he pretends that it's an air control tower.

So where did you get the extremely large sizes of Elmer's and the US Quarter?

Just kidding...

I don't think my eyes could see things so small, let alone someone could make them that size...
