I don't know if I'am a liffer or not, but I just got my Aircraft CD update and it is terific. All of us should try and keep tthat FG mouse logo around for a long time. Just finished the large B-10 had a lot of trouble but I finished it. It looks o.k. for one of my assemblies.

Got mine last month--that new DVD format is nice--no more swapping disks, or trying to keep up with all three. I remember when it all fit on one CD-rom, not that long ago, either. Collection just keeps growing with more models and lots of new versions.

I can foresee a fourth CD in the future as the collection grows.

Geez, I can remember when it all fit on one CD, too.
Between the two of us, Rob, we should be able to get that 4th CD out.

Aaron-- you whup out some more helo's (I've got a few favorites I'd like to see--like the H-46 and H-37) and I'll step up the jet production (and maybe add another WW2 type or two--I'm working on an A-26 and just ran across some nice Wylan 3-views of the Martin Maryland bomber).

you guys are an inspiration, what fun to have so many fairly easy models to build! I just built the s-55 for my first heli, I put the floats from the r-4 on it and its a great little model.

Now that you mention it:

I've got a few projects ahead of it, though.

The Lippisch Ramjet Fighter (16 parts, including the takeoff dolly)
Image

The Caproni Scud (I have to do it, the ultimate in wierd), but since I have to make everything up on it (3-view, specs, history, etc...) it might take a while.

and the H-34 Choctaw.

Howzit

I'm liking the Nazi ramjet plane, that is awesome, please let me do a beta. As for a CH-37 and any other helo, bring it on, I love them (and so do my younger nephews).

The Ramjet's still in the rough stage. I just pulled it out of Rhino a couple days ago, and I've started the work part of the week (Wednesday to Saturday 4pm to 4am shifts), so it's on hold until Sunday.

I'll let you know when it's ready. It won't be in color, though. Being colorblind and all, I don't even attempt to do color versions anymore.

upon reading the pages of the B-10 while making it. there is a picture of a B-10 on floats, somewhere else it said that total production included B-10's and B-12's. Is a B-12 a B-10 on floats? Also some where else it said that a version of the B-10 in the colors of another country was in the B-10 folder, but I can't find it? ( I can't remember what country it said it was)

The only difference between the B-10 and the B-12 was the B-12 had Pratt & Whitney R-1690-11 "Hornet" radial engines, instead of the Wright 775hp R-1820-33 engines used by the B-10.

Then there was the YB-13 which was a re-engined version of the YB-10 powered by two 700hp Pratt & Whitney R-1860-17 radial engines.

Then the XB-14 which was a B-10 airframe using Pratt & Whitney YR-1830-9 "Twin Wasp" radial engines.

Don't forget the A-15, a proposed attack variant of the B-10 with two 750hp R-1820-25 engines.

With the B-10 model, you get 5 different planes in one!

For the versions in the model, I initially did 3 different models, US, Argentinian, and another I forget which country. Unfortunately, being color blind, I messed up the colors. I think Chip has somebody working on them.
