Lee Drew Motorizes a few Fiddlers Green models !
I noticed on your website that you were wondering if anyone had put an electric motor into one of your planes yet. I thought that you might like to see pictures of my little piper cub that I put a motor in some time ago. Unfortunately, it is way to heavy to fly but it does make a nice buzzing sound and scoots across the floor on its "take off run". :)

Also, I want to send you a couple of photos on another project that you have helped me with. In addition to your wonderful paper models, I enjoy building flying stick and tissue models such as those made by the Guillows company. I have been able to merge some of your designs into these larger models by enlarging your designs and printing them onto tissue paper and then using this to create the skins for my models. I think they have turned out very well. So far I have used this method to create a very nice Hawker hurricane and a Me 109. My next project will be a P-51 mustang.Hope you enjoy the pictures, and thank you so much for your wonderful website. I have had a lot of fun building your wonderful models. Lee Drew
