Railway modellers (model railroaders) use plain sheets of material for scratch-building. These might be a simple addition to your range and very useful, especially for non-standard/minority scales - "S", "O", etc.

However, the scales need to be worked out pretty exactly. I notice that the brick buildings in the UK range are not really usable due to the inaccuracy of the brick shape. UK bricks have been standardised for many, many years. Stone (Cook's cottage) is excellent!

I like your idea. I'm in a model railroad club that likes to build its own structures, and sometimes the sheets of styrene are hard to come by or prohibitivly expensive. It would ne nice to do it in cardstock and customize it as we need. we could have several patterns available at one low price for bricks, wood, masonry, adobe, shingles, etc, as well as uncolored templates for doors and windows.

I've been working on an image file of textures- concrete, grass, asphalt, etc. Comes in handy when designing building models. Amazingly enough, the best source I've found for such is the online flight-sim communities, as they use such textures in their graphics...

Evans Designs at www.ModelTrainSoftware.com has a program called 'Brickyard' that should do what you want --full sheets of brick - stone - rock etc. Send me an email with snail mail address and I'll send you a sample of a printout, also --what scale -- HO-O-S-N etc?
