believe it or not

On January 26, 1972, Jugoslovenski Aero Transport Flight JU367 DC-9-32 (registration: YU-AHT) was destroyed in flight by a bomb placed onboard the aircraft. The sole survivor was a flight attendant, Vesna Vulović, who holds the record for the world's longest fall without a parachute when she fell some 33,000 feet (10,000 m) inside the tail section of the airplane and survived.

I remember Mythbusters mentioning that in a segment they did regarding the myths of assuming the crash position in airliners. If I remember correctly, they evem strepped Buster into the jumpseat in a tailcone, took it up to a couple thousand feet and dropped it.

Perhaps you should consider another profession. Have you thought about bomb disposal? How about mercenary?

Oh, I look forward to the teaching part. It's the nonstructured time on a half day I don't like. Right now I'm trying to hide out during conferences. Yayyy conferences
