I saw this Youtube video of Johan Scherft builds a hummingbird he uses a special pair of tweezers. Can anyone please give me the name of and/or where to purchase it? I have tried searching but no joy on my part. As you guys have bailed me out so many times before can you help me out again? Thank you for your help. wc

P.M. did a close ID on them but it's not the same thing. I got in touch with the person who built the hummingbird and he said he found them in a drug store. I could always do a search in 7/11's and other stores here in the US. This is driving me nuts. I have had a lot of times I could have used this tool. Thanks Coach. How have you been? I don't hear much from you any more. You ok? wc

I'm doing okay. Barely managing any build time on the Thud between summer class, homework, curriculum writing for school, house work and family. Evan though I'm not "working" this summer, I'm definitely working!

These look similar to some tweezers I currently have.
Mine are by La Cross and they came from the "Beauty" section of drug store, they are for plucking eyebrow hairs but make great crafting tools and come in lots of shapes and configurations. I bought mine at "Ulta" but have seen them at Walmart and various drug stores in my area.

Lots of cool items can be found in the Beauty section from sanding blocks, adhesives, cuticle sticks... you guys should brows the "girly" aisles every once and again to see what hidden surprises can be added to your tool boxes. I know I'm constantly raiding my beauty tools when working on craft projects -grins.

Hope this helps,
Evelyn

Thanks to the help from Johan the person who made the Hummingbird I found what I need and without them the Hummingbird would be next to impossible. Here's what I found.

Because of the way the Hummingbird is built, these type of tweezers really worked out great. The curve in them could get in to places normal tweezers could not get to and be able to apply the pressure needed. Very handy, glad I have them. wc
