That Canberra should be neat. I have a local B-57 that I could use as inspiration. Looking forward to it. I wish I had the skill/time to create models too. For now though, only coloring.

Coming soon! Tonight I should be finishing the AD-1 and will post those pics. I had to do the small version and use a tiny amount of ink. Darn those near empty ink cartirdges. I will also post the T-41 Cessna. Woopee!

Al right, I said I would post, and now it's time. This is my T-41 Cessna. Probably the best 172 I've built.

And also as promised, my just completed (as of 45 minutes ago) AD-1

Got to thinking, I never put up my B-24/ PB4-Y pics either. Here they are. Please excuse the funny color. White walls and white paper don't like the flash very much. Also, if it's blurry I apologive. It's hanging by a string from the ceiling.
Try to imagine you're flying in formation

Howzit

Beautiful builds Willy, that Cessna is flawless, the B-24, absolutely amazing job, well done.

Looking forward to a B-17 in camo sometime.

Niki

BTW That B-57 up the road from you, I wouldn't mind some photos of it.

I'll be building the olive version soon. I have to get a new ink cartridge tonight. Thanks for the kind words.

Niki,
I'll get some shortly. I may have some on my computer at home. If I do, I'll send them your way.

Thanks July,
I probably built four or five wings before I got it right. I guess I'm more of a perfectionist than I thought.

Nothing wrong with that, I normally build (and then throw away) two or three models before I get my "perfect/flawless" model that's worthy of being posted.

youve got me beat then Niki. Most of the time I don't have enough extra time to build more than one of each model. Nearly of my my posts are the first builds. It's a good thing I didn't post any super close up shots :?

I started a new model last night. The old B-24. It's pretty interesting looking at the different in detail from this model to the John Dell versions. I thought it would be fun to do an old school model. Should be done in a couple of days. Something about the in-laws in town this weekend slowing build progress.

Here's the old school B-24 "Crow Hound". I can't believe how simple it is compared to the new ones though.

Very nice work, willygoat. I tried building that version and I completely butchered the nose section. I've also got a pre-printed silver one (which was included in the package with my mega aircraft cd's) but I think I'll save it.
