Absolutely fabricated from thin air, this particular Kipper Works Building never existed. I don't know if there was even EVER a 'Kipper 'Works" anywhere. But look at it- isn't it sweet? and what a funny name!
Yer modeling pals won't have THIS one! You can almost smell the kippers from here. In fact, the whole thing smells of fish! (for those who don't know, Kippers are little smelly fish that some people love for breakfast)
